Mack extended warranty plan covers all mechanical and electrical defects that would normally be covered by the original manufacturer’s written warranty, unless otherwise stated in the Exclusions section.

This Mack
Diamond warranty extension begins immediately upon
expiration of the shortest portion of the manufacturer's warranty.
Coverage goes into effect when the shortest portion of the original
manufacturer's warranty expires. For example, for a manufacturer's
90-days labor and 1-year parts warranty, the extended warranty would
begin on the 91st day and continue for the duration of the extended
warranty period.

for any fees associated with Duties, Taxes or Brokerage fees upon

cover units whose serial number has been altered, defaced or removed.
Does not cover accessory flashes, additional accessory lenses,
batteries, lens caps, filters, power adapter, digital media, DVD’s,
tapes, software, remotes, docking stations, cables, firmware
upgrades or additional accessories. This service contract does
not cover equipment which is damaged by: intentional abuse,
misuse or damaged beyond recognition, liquid damage, fire, lost, or
stolen.

Yes, you can buy an extended warranty from us even if you purchased the
camera from elsewhere.
When is the latest I can purchase a camera
extended warranty?
Mack Camera & Video requires that you purchase the extended warranty
within thirty (30) days of purchasing the camera.
How do I
register the warranty?
Following purchase of this Mack Camera extended warranty,
we will mail you a policy containing a membership number. You
may then register online or by toll-free phone. Registration is
quick and easy simply requiring your membership number and serial
number of the camera.
How do I
request repair service?
In the event that this equipment requires any repair or service you
can visit www.mackcam.com and arrange for service to obtain a Repair
Authorization Number and determine shipping charges.
